Fuelling the H2PowerPac aboard the Coastal Liberty

Onboard of the Coastal Liberty, our three H2 Tanktainers each hold 200 kg of 380 bar compressed hydrogen, providing clean energy for the vessel's operations. These Tanktainers, certified by ADR rules, with crucially integrated components, are delivered by eCap Marine and are compliant with the highest safety and environmental regulations standards. They're designated for maritime application and qualified for land-based transport, ensuring adaptability and efficiency in daily operations.

Each day, our valued partner, TURNEO GmbH, implements seamless exchange and refilling of these Tanktainers, ensuring steady operation of the vessel without interruption.  What makes such an endeavour even more significant is the origin of hydrogen: 100% green, locally produced through electrolysis in Cuxhaven, Germany.
